You possibly don’t even know his name…

In the extended Glen of Imaal Terrier world it is usually only the showdogs that get really known and owners who have never set foot into the exhibition ring have recognition of Soldier or Murphy or Homer or Curry. Over the past few years though an incredibly photogenic dog has etched into the breed conscious. This boy has appeared on endless websites; professional, semi-professional, breed club and pet. He has been seen as a gravatar and a signature. He’s a screen saver and a postcard. He’s leaping with the sheer joy of life on the front of the EFG website. He’s the boy that sits in the near iconic photograph of the Glens in the Bluebells.

The boy’s name is Rory and he now walks with The Family. The glorious, and so missed, Glens from all years passed who have gone before, that willingly wait to show each and every one of the breed that has had to leave their humans behind that they are not alone.
