I have met Steve Dean and found him a decent man who spoke alot of sense on the times i have met him a good man to take the KC forward.
Liz you have not mentioned the dog control bill the rspca have come up with in my opinion over the top ideas asking for the police to say if a dog is a dangerous dog and have the right to seize it. The record of some forces merseyside and its chief constable in particular leave a great deal to be desired The other dog charities seem alot better on this matter but it needs watching carefully.
