Another year already, where did the time go? As usual we have to do the “Oscar Speech” of thanking the director and the producer but most of all it has to be the extras that are thanked in this variant. All the Glen of Imaal Terriers who perform effortlessly all the year to bring a bit of Glendom to everybody that meets them. They are the reason we get together on this page so thanks to them and thanks to all for sending the news and photographs. It couldn’t happen without you so do consider an extra New Year resolution; keeping the EFG blog EVEN MORE the place “that keeps Glen of Imaal people up to date”.

You may not be Stephen, but I’m in touch with around 300 glen people all over the eirkd thanks to it! Its a great way to keep in touch and chat about glens. Not for everyone, but even my Mum and Mum in law use it daily. Happy New Year

Sorry had to post here regarding Toplines as i can’t comment on original thread. EFG not half as much as i have missed you. But i do lie like a flat fish! For once i think Alison is right in saying straight is better than level! What with it’s chesterfield feet it must be getting confused.Slight rise is obtuse and ambiguous. Let it rise from withers to loins by a good inch to inch and half and have no roach or hollow and be straight. The rise was their for men who designed the dog for a purpose in doing a job it was meant to do, thats HERITAGE, not breed standards. Finally Happy and Peaceful New Year to you all!
