First of 2015

The first Glen of Imaal Terrier round up of the first weekend are all American but even they are “getting weather” when temperatures at Palm Springs are in the 20s and they still use Fahrenheit! BOB there was GCH Finnabair Waking Kilmurray with BOS going to Jeonty Sunny Sky Baby. At Columbiana County KC the top spot went to GCH Emerald Isle Keely with Daulton (following on from the BOB at Western Reserve before Christmas). She was also BOB at one of the fabulously named Rubber City KC with Ch Daulton’s Princess C Hatteras CGC BOB at the other. The Brains Brigade keep on going whatever the time of year with Tula getting her Open Title in Barn Hunt-and first place- at a few days short of 8 years old and Griffin earned his 2nd leg in Novice Jumper with Weaves.

Great going everybody!!

  1. I was told that “Finnabair To Infinity and Beyond” (Buzz) was NOT in Palm Springs last weekend.

It was more likely Colleen’s male special, Finnian, aka “Finnabair Waking Kilmurray” but I wasn’t there and I don’t know who the super was at that cluster, so I can’t be certain.

  2. That is my boy! Ber-D-Mar Ballygriffin of Greystone! Griff also earned first place and high in trial for Novice Jumpers. 🙂

  3. Hi Liz – Buzz, Finnabair To Infinity And Beyond, assures me that he did not sneak out of the house without my permission and fly to the west coast for a dog show.

    • I’ll send Lora my best hard stare and tell her that freezing to death-she swore she was-had obviously affected her more than she thought

  4. Since Finn is substantially older, I figured Colleen had got a new one. Haven’t seen Finn in years and didn’t recognize him at all.

      • If you say so. He was behind me in the ring. As I said, I didn’t recognize him and I didn’t make a point of asking Colleen who it was. It was freezing and I just wanted to be done and go home.
