Ever thought about a rescue dog from abroad?

We know Glen of Imaal Terrier people are nice folk. Many organisations bring in “rescue dogs” from abroad and target nice folk…just like what we are. It’s tempting to take one but take a look at this from the British Veterinary Association.

  1. We have dogs in this country that need rehoming many thousands are being destroyed every year for the lack of a home.
    So let’s re home the dogs in this country first and then if their are no left to re home then look at this ?
    I find it mind numbing healthy dogs are being destroyed while people import yet more strays?
